The Slade Collection 79 - 87
This album pulls together the cream of the RCA period songs on two discs.
The latterday hits are all here, as well as the best of the rest and if you want to take a generous scoop of great songs from the back end of Slade's enormously distinguished career, this is a great way to do it.
The original RCA sleeves are replaced by a cover image from the same session as that used for Slade Smashes, which nicely recalled the Slayed? album cover. The CD booklet gives some interesting info regarding the individual songs, as well as being illustrated with some great photographs. Disc one
